Salary: $70,000 - $87,500 per year
A bit about us:Our client is actively recruiting for a legal executive assistant to join their growing practice in Sugar Land. 3+ years of related experience in a law firm setting (recent or prior) is required for consideration.
The opportunity is with a reputable firm that is hiring due to recent growth and new business. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills, be an efficient multi-tasker, and be able to prioritize and change direction quickly. You will work closely with the firm's senior partners performing a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks and serve as an integral part of a dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a 9:00am - 5:00pm schedule.

Job DetailsInterested applicants should have a previous experience as a legal administrative assistant in a law firm environment display a consistent work history with solid tenure. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Job responsibilities and qualifications include:
- Manage calendars via Microsoft Outlook, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys and executives
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Enter time/billing for partner
- Type and revising agreements, correspondence, reports, memos, etc.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications
- Respond to staff and client inquiries and requests
- Arrange travel accommodations and create detailed itineraries for business trips
- Assist with client relations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining client databases
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Copying, filing and recordkeeping to include e-filing
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Excellent time management and tracking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good judgement
- Ethical/confidential (must sign confidentiality agreement)
