Job Title: Leasing Agent
Location: Carolinas Forest, Conway, SC
Salary: $14-$15 per hour (Part-time)
Are you a people person with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team at an apartment complex in Carolinas Forest, Conway, SC. As a Leasing Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming potential tenants and showcasing our apartment community.
Responsibilities: - Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available apartments, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Conduct tours of the property, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing rental applications and collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up with prospective tenants to answer questions and facilitate the leasing process.
- Maintain organized records of leasing activity and tenant interactions.
Schedule: - Part-time position with workdays on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Tuesday and Friday shifts from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
- Saturday shift from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or real estate preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
