Growing and profitable owned manufacturing company, located in Nappanee, IN is seeking to a Lean Production Supervisor to their team.
The Lean Production Supervisor, will be one of two Supervisors on staff and will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 employees on the cut-line and press line for fabricated steel, aluminum, and vinyl. Will also be tasked with implementing process improvements, (i.e. 5S, Kaizen), to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput. Seeking someone with a continuous improvement background and mindset.
Looking for a high energy supervisor that can bring continuous improvement to the organization. Looking for a super star that enjoys working with people, mentoring, guiding and leading initiatives.

Lean Production Supervisor Background Profile:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred and/or combination of experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience required
- Extensive experience working within a lean environment and leading continuous improvement & lean initiatives including 5-Whys, 8D, A3, Kaizen events, 5/6s, etc.
- Spanish speaking a big plus.
