Lead Technician

WANTED: It's a tough job, and we are looking for a lead for our production team. PuroClean of Wentzville is a growing property restoration company specializing in water, fire, smoke, biohazard and mold damage remediation. We serve the St, Charles County, Lincoln County, and Warren County areas in Missouri. PuroClean of Wentzville is looking for a lead technician to oversee our production crew and job workflow. As a lead technician, you'll be responsible for performing production processes, complying with safety practices, supervising and training our technician team, managing and maintaining job sites, attending to customers' needs, communicating with other team members, maintaining vehicles and equipment, controlling expenses, and managing assets. Attention to detail and outstanding customer relation skills are key to success in this role. We are happy to work around shift schedules for First Responders looking for extra income. REQUIREMENTS: Must pass a background check. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Availability to work rotating on-call, after-hours and weekend hours. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Must have prior restoration experience, 1-5 yrs.
