We are hiring a Lead Technician in Plainfield, CT. 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pay $24 - $28 per hour depending on experience Requirements Proficient in the use of technology and computers. Able to read and understand electronics schematics. Able to safely use tools in the fabrication and assembly of chassis. Lift 50 pounds as needed. As the Lead Technician, you'll oversee the production line's overall operation, handle programming, setup/changeover, and preventative maintenance of all department equipment. Responsibilities: Operate production line, conduct quality inspections, and manage inventory. Coordinate with the operations manager for scheduling and production flow. Train team members and maintain equipment. Assist with ECO reviews and equipment evaluations.
