What you'll do
  • Determine and implement support strategies for our domain-specific systems
  • Provide expert-level technical support within a specific domain or technology area, serving as the go-to for complex issues.
  • Point of escalation for Level 1 support and collaborate with them to resolve complex issues.
  • Manage and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work closely with diverse teams to ensure the smooth implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Interact with end-users and customers, providing clear and effective communication throughout the support process.
  • Lead and mentor a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure uninterrupted system performance.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis to identify underlying causes of system failures
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to support processes and procedures, ensuring effective and efficient workflows.
  • Continuously strive for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What you'll bring
  • Previous experience in a Lead Information Technology support role, preferably in a domain-specific environment
  • Strong knowledge of domain-specific systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail with leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficient in building positive working relationships with individuals across various levels of the company
  • Excellent documentation skills for maintaining records of incidents, solutions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting quality standards is essential.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

The salary range for this role in USA (remote working) is $85,000 - $96,000. Your final base salary will be settled based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
