We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team. This exciting role is pivotal to our company's success, as the Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail and grocery store construction projects from inception to completion. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Superintendent, you will:

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and workers to ensure tasks are completed on time,
within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
3. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
4. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met and any issues are promptly
addressed.
5. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other related documents.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to standards.
7. Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during the construction process.
8. Prepare and submit regular project reports, updates, and forecasts to stakeholders.
9. Conduct meetings with project team members and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Lead Superintendent position must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in retail and grocery store construction.
2. Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
4. Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and
clients.
7. Proficiency in interpreting and executing construction plans and blueprints.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and quality standards.
10. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Extensive on-site experience is acceptable as well.
