What You'll Do
Looking to initiate, develop, and deepen community partnerships to help connect people with new job opportunities? As a brand champion, you'll position TTEC as the employer of choice with community and workforce-related organizations to support talent attraction goals. You'll initiate developing new community relationships while building on and enhancing the existing network. You'll partner with talent attraction marketing and recruiters to identify hiring priorities and develop strategies to support those efforts.

You'll report to the Senior Manager, Talent Attraction. You'll impact the employer brand and talent attraction goals.

During a Typical Day, You'll


• Develop and nurture relationships with community resources such as workforce centers, career counselors, university and college career advisors, and workforce-related nonprofit organizations


• Champion the employer brand online and offline


• Identify new strategies to develop new talent pipelines, deepen relationships with alumni, and build external networks


• Host virtual events, workshops, and Live events on social media


• Develop relationships with the talent attraction marketing and recruiters to identify opportunities and strategies to support recruitment efforts


• Curate content and create assets including PowerPoints and email campaigns


• Share best practices with global team to influence and facilitate community relations activities as a key part of the talent attraction strategy while supporting outreach in underrepresented communities




What You Bring to the Role


• 2 years experience as a marketing or communications specialist, recruitment specialist, or similar role


• Prospecting, research skills, qualifying leads, and networking ability to actively build relationships with potential community partners through online communities, events, and cold outreach including virtual and phone calling activities


• Build relationships for long-term success by understanding the partner's needs, establishing a cadence for consistent follow up, and innovate new ways to enhance the relationship


• Enjoys hosting virtual events, sessions, and designing workshops as the brand champion


• Proven ability to build rapport and nurture client or customer relationships and comfortable with phone outreach, Zoom meetings, or email


• Ability to conceptualize and tailor communication and adapt writing and presenting style to different audiences


• Time management skills include goal setting and planning, prioritization, organization, and effective communication in a dynamic environment

The anticipated range is $63,000- $66,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
