Lead Siebel CRM Developer

Location: Seattle, WA or Miami, FL (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

JD:

We re looking for an amazing Senior Developer, Siebel CRM Systems to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle or Miami offices. You ll be responsible for participating in design, code, and testing throughout software development life cycle to identify issues/defects. Analyzing the requirements, identifying the risks/dependencies, providing estimates, developing the code/processes, and adhering to best practices.

Co-ordinating with team members for code review, deployments, support and administration.

Additionally you will be responsible for Siebel and Salesforce application support and administration; resolving issues while managing day-to-day development & configuration using Siebel tools as well as integration activities for production support.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain UI, backend and integration automations using Siebel, batch, control M, Informatica IICS, PLSQL, Siebel EIM and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Customize/build Salesforce using custom objects, flows, Apex classes, validations, formulas among other things while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in design, code, and testing throughout software life cycle to identify issues/defects
  • Collaborates internally within team and across teams to identify and fix technical issues or drive design or implementation of new features.
  • Continuously improve development processes and methodologies, leveraging Kanban and Scrum methodologies
  • Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
  • Create design and technical documentation
  • Ensure Best Practices are followed
  • Ensure Security, Risk, and Compliance standards are followed

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree -Computer Science, Mathematics, or related
  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering with experience in design, development, and testing of Salesforce and Siebel
  • Minimum 2 years experience with a relational database, preferably Oracle
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Siebel 8.1 or higher
  • Proficiency in Siebel Tools, eScripts, SQL, PLSQL, Siebel EIM, Windows batch scripting, Linux shell scripting
  • Customize/build Salesforce using custom objects, flows, Apex classes, validations, formulas among other things while adhering to Salesforce best practices
  • Siebel 20.x experience and Oracle Cloud OCI experience a plus
  • Knowledge of travel industry business model and experience a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
