Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to spearhead custom Salesforce applications and integrations with legacy applications. With 6+ years of hands-on experience and a passion for innovative solutions, you will lead a team of developers and testers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of custom Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (strongly preferred).

Leading experience a must.

6+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce integrations.

Mastery of Apex, LWCs, Flows, and other key Salesforce development technologies.

Experience with various integration tools and API development.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both onsite and offshore.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

At least two relevant Salesforce certifications (PDII, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Integration Architect).

Experience with agile development methodologies.
