As of late, we are looking for a creative and solution-oriented team player to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Representative. We provide full-paid training and daily mentorship to ensure our trainees and team feel confident, informed, and knowledgeable about our services. We cross-train and develop someone in each department to ensure success as an Entry Level Sales Representative.
We offer personal, hands-on training tailored to each individual's strengths and weaknesses. The Sales Representative is meant for someone who is a great student, looking to try something fresh and new, and someone who is self-manageable or can be managed with little to no supervision. Someone in this position should also feel comfortable working with customers in person.
Key Duties of the Full-Time Sales Representative:

Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.

Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs through direct selling

Be knowledgeable about the products and services we offer.

Presenting to the public strong working expertise in the products we promote.

Upselling products to current and/or potential clients.

Ensuring innovation and quality in all Customer interactions as measured by call monitoring and gathering feedback from purchasing customers.
