About the Role:We are looking for a hard-working energetic and punctual employee who has the desire to work with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have a clear INTENTION to teach and
know how to develop a lesson plan. Responsibilities: - Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
- Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals
- Track children's progress and report to parents
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom
- Help children reach developmental milestones
- Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times
- Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies
Qualifications: - Experience working with Toddlers in any capacity
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong knowledge of child development
- The hours for this position may vary from 7 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Education:- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Child Development or Early Education (Must Provide a Copy of Degree)
OR- At least 12 units to 24 units in Child Development or Early Education (Must Provide a Copy of School Transcripts)
OR- Teachers Permit (Higher Negotiable Pay) (Preferred)
