Job DetailsREQUIRED
- California bar license in good standing.
- Previous defense litigation experience
- 5+ years of personal injury bodily injury litigation experience
- Strong client communication skills
- Strong ability to work well with a small office team.
- MUST be able to manage a case from inception to resolution, this includes drafting answers, motions, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, leading mediations, and preparing for and assisting with trial, if necessary.
