Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Design scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures.
- Make informed and timely decisions to guide the team through technical challenges and project requirements.
- Convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Regularly conducts code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Experience:
- 5+ years of Mobile Development experience in either Android or iOS
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and design principles
- Experience leading teams and conducting code reviews
