What You'll Do - Completing marketing administrative projects that include running reports, conducting research on company and other assignments in database.
- Providing assistance to events like seminars and trade shows
- Assist in writing and proofreading sales and marketing materials
- Maintaining spread sheets and business line marketing calendars
- Preparing press releases and event announcements
- Working with managers to prepare marketing materials for events
- Gaining knowledge of design software
- Learning design principles
- Understand and adhering to Company brand in all design work
- Additional duties as needed or assigned
Skills You'll Bring - Ability to work closely with all members of management, staff and corporate office in a positive, calm, professional manner.
- Able to accept critique of design work and develop materials that requirements of the corporate brand as well as the requests of management.
- Excellent verbal and written skill a must as well as a guest service attitude.

Job Type - Full-Time evening and weekends
- Requires the ability to work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
