Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist - Clinical Lab Department at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA Under the direction of the Laboratory Medical Director and the Laboratory Department Director, the Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist aids in the establishment of laboratory goals and objectives, supervises all aspects of the laboratory in regard to guest relations, human resource management, and quality assurance. Shift Details: Full Time, Variable, 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory/medical technology National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology -OR- National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists -OR- National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts -OR- National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology -OR- National Clinical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology -OR- National Laboratory Tech - United States Government upon hire 5 years of Clinical Laboratory Testing experience 1 year of experience in a high complexity lab Expertise in a sub specialty area of leadership (e.g., microbiology, point-of-care, etc.) Why Join Providence?
