Adecco is working with a dairy product manufacturer to find a Lead Maintenance Technician. This role is full time, onsite direct hire.
This is a 3rd shift role.This role will ensure equipment operates effectively and safely through maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Support management, provide training, and ensure work meets plant standards.
Responsibilities:- Prioritize safety for all employees.
- Perform maintenance and repairs following safety protocols.
- Aid in installing new equipment and implementing maintenance plans.
- Train operators and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
- Document all repairs and inform management of maintenance issues.
- Complete assigned work orders.
- Adhere to company standards and regulations for food safety and quality.
- Embody the company's values through honesty and discretion.
- Participate in required training sessions.
Requirements:Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Skills and Abilities:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company computer systems (SAP).
- Knowledge of machine shop equipment and pneumatics, solenoid valves and air cylinders.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of working collaboratively and independently.
- Skilled in performing various maintenance procedures and minor electrical work.
- Competent in using maintenance tools and performing welding tasks.
- Initiative, integrity, cooperativeness, flexibility, and independence are essential qualities.
- Must be proficient in English.
Pay Details: $30.44 to $38.51 per hour
