Seeking a talented individual with the following skill set:
- bility to prioritize and solve multiple tasks at any given time.
- Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Skilled in utility system maintenance practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, applied creativity and problem-solving skills.
- ble to read and understand blueprints including process flow diagrams and ladder logic diagrams.
- Working knowledge of mechanical drive systems, refrigeration, pneumatics, electrical/electronics, and PLC's
- Maintenance Lead supervises 3 Mechanics on the 2 nd shift. M-F 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Non-exempt role with excellent opportunity for regular OT pay at 1.5x hourly rate.
