Duties Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplished and coordinates the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information to the supervisor. Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made. Perform duties associated with manufacturing, production, schedule and delivery management of contracts from a risk-based approach. Assist in developing and attaining complex technical Industrial Specialist performance commitments by engaging all team and CMO resources, skills, knowledge, and abilities. Review and verify accuracy of contractors reports and advises the contracting officers of required actions. Communicate to the team the organizations goals, strategic plan, mission, vision and values. Qualifications To qualify for a(n) (Position Title), your resume and supporting documentation must support: A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Monitoring of contractor delivery performance and production management systems. Scheduling and performing technical analysis of manufacturing processes. Evaluating and establishing risk analysis of contractor performance in delivering products, services, and systems to contract schedule within cost. Education Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
