POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team here at Canon Medical. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for creating a pipeline of potential new business opportunities by supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. This role is instrumental in identifying and building relationships with potential customers, with a goal of introducing prospects to the internal sales representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Senior Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, qualify, and convert qualified prospects to fill the sales funnel
Create a pipeline of, and facilitate initial conversations with, prospects within the Healthcare IT and Imaging Industry
Learn and understand the Enterprise Imaging and Advanced Visualization value proposition(s) and be able to effectively communicate the messaging/differentiators to prospective clients
Identify client's current pain points through a discovery and lead qualification process via phone and/or digital contact
Coordinate sales appointments with target prospects for the EI & AM sales teams to drive the sales pipeline and revenue growth
Conduct searches as directed, using sales enablement tools like Definitive to build prospect lists for facilities and key contacts
Use scripts/templates for warm and cold calls/emails/texts and other social media tools to identify contacts to drive awareness and meetings
Maintain accurate weekly reporting and document activities in (SFDC)
Actively keep up to date with industry news, and lead generation strategies

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of lead generation experience
Experience with or other CRM systems
Understanding of lead generation through social media
Familiarity with Enterprise Imaging in Healthcare Market (PACS, VNA Universal Viewers, DICOM, HL7 and Advanced Visualization) preferred
