Northpoint Roofing Systems, a renowned roofing company known for its commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and ranked 653 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list along with a 26th position in the competitive construction sector is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify and follow-up on marketing qualified leads (MQL). The Lead Generation Specialist connects with and nurtures leads and works closely with the sales team to arrange next steps in the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through a variety of methods including outbound calls, follow-up with potential clients and route qualified opportunities to appropriate team member, generate leads through networking, client referrals and online marketing.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential clients and ensure satisfaction with our service.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Update CRM with sales activities including calls, orders, sales, and any client or vendor relationship issues.
  • Schedule appointments within CRM on behalf of various team members and product lines; arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives.
  • Calculate project costs and enter job costing data.
  • Review, prepare and submit invoices, review products or services provided and ensure they align with specific job, securely manage credit card information, and send for approval.
  • Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting with a successful track record in generating high-quality leads
  • Lead Nurturing experience: ability to establish relationships with prospects
  • Social selling experience
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent client servicing skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Collaborator (member of a small, fast-paced office environment)
  • High school diploma or GED
