Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$18.64 - $23.30 / hour
Summary Assists Manager as necessary to oversee child care operations, including child care ratios. Is knowledgeable of licensing codes and assures they are being upheld, assumes responsibility of the Manager during his/her absence. Functions as a Child Care Assistant as needed and assists employees with their daily activities. Is responsible for clerical and financial job duties within the department. In addition, the Lead Child Care Assistant assists the Manager with the scheduling, timekeeping, quality assurance and workflow monitoring of the department. Functions as a resource person to both staff and families. Provides input to Manager on job performance of employees.
