Lead Business Manager Job

Lead Business Administrator Clearance Required: TS/SCI Minimum Years' Experience: Overall Assignment Description: Lead over all administrative functions to include contracting, information technology, security, finance, administrative staff, and functional management. This role will be responsible for the overall coordination of the administrative and front office staff of a collection of integrated program efforts. In this capacity, the lead business administrator will be responsible for the employment of business best practices to optimize time, effort, and process to support technical progress. Experience in the business, finance and management of DARPA programs is strongly preferred. Experience in optimizing business practices through data driven process improvement and the employment of technology. Strong communication and delegation skills Experience in coordinating business logistics for a broad range of research and development staff and skills Experience working across business functions and offices towards collective success. Experience managing a staff and coordinating administrative tasks. Experience with business process technologies and automation TS SAR/SCI required.
