Duties Develops Performance Work Statement (PWS), Quality Assurance Plan (QASP) and associated supporting documents to meet ASC enterprise acquisition strategy. Acts as Post Laundry Program (PLP) administrator and works with program developers and customers for development of updates and changes to the software program. Works with Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Headquarters for development and implementation strategic enterprise contracting solutions and the resolution of contracting issues resulting from the strategic contracting solution. Conducts management oversight and execution review of the Laundry and Dry-Cleaning program across the ASC enterprise. Monitors contract status in order to ensure acquisition packages are completed, in compliance with the enterprise PWS and QASP and submitted on schedule to meet established timelines for new competitions and option year executions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Temporary duty travel of 10% may be required. OR Combination of Experience and Education Substitution for Specialized Experience for GS-11: If you have some, but not all, of the experience or education described above, you may still qualify by combining the amount of creditable experience and education that you possess. To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education in excess of 36 hours (total semester hours minus 36) by 18.
