Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate laser machinery according to provided specifications. Produce high-quality laser cut designs and products efficiently and safely. Inspect and maintain laser machines to ensure optimal performance. Adjust machine settings to enhance production quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with laser machinery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including machinery and equipment. Perform additional tasks as required to meet production needs. To qualify for the Laser Machine Operator position, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Additionally, a minimum of one year of experience as a Cutting Laser Machine Operator on metal sheets or in a similar role is required. Candidates should possess a strong technical and mechanical aptitude, along with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams accurately. Attention to detail and precision is crucial, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills. Physical capabilities include being able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials and equipment. Forklift certification, both standup and sit down, is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, and convenient parking is available for employees. Personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel toe shoes, glasses, and standard gloves will be provided.
