We are seeking a dynamic and creative Landscape Architect/Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing various outdoor landscape projects, ranging from public parks to residential properties, and commercial sites. Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive plans and 3D models for various landscape projects using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Sketchup.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and design landscapes that meet these needs.
3. Prepare and present detailed drawings, models, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
4. Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the design specifications.
5. Apply knowledge of environmental sustainability and conservation in all design projects.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in landscape architecture and design.
7. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the construction process.
8. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the design or implementation phase of projects.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in landscape architecture or design, preferably within the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Sketchup.
4. Exceptional creativity and a strong understanding of aesthetic design principles.
5. Knowledge of environmental sustainability principles and their application in landscape design.
6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
9. Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
10. A professional license in Landscape Architecture is preferred.
