Apply Job Type Full-time Description RETTEW is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager (Civil Engineering Consulting) in Uniontown, OH. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, at least five years of experience in land development design or project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software. The successful candidate will oversee junior staff for engineering and design tasks, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: As a project manager in our Land Development team, you will oversee the junior staff for engineering and design tasks, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the budget. With your exceptional leadership and communication skills, you will collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects from start to finish. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities will be critical as you manage complex projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania or a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one in the near future. At least five years of experience in land development design or project management and demonstrate successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Experience in AutoCAD is a plus. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and project management software, and possess excellent communication skills. Experienced in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation and possess analytical thinking and leadership skills. Attention to detail and adapting to changing project requirements are essential attributes.
