We are currently looking for a Full Time Temporary Laborer Utility to join our Housing Maintenance Section Team B team located at the Chickasaw Nation Housing and Tribal Development working .

Summary:
Performs maintenance work necessary to the upkeep and operation of project structures, grounds, and equipment. Have the ability to keep structures, grounds, and equipment in a presentable manner.

Responsibilities:
Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

Operates mowers, string trimmers, aerators, sprinklers, chain saws and other landscaping power and hand tools
Assesses property including yards to maintain and repair landscape
General security and inspections of lagoons and maintained grounds
Tree removal as necessary
Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes
Lubricates and changes oil in equipment
Coordinates job related activities with other laborers
Maintains an effective working relationship with all Chickasaw Nation staff, departments, and exterior customers
Assist the HVAC Service Technician with installation and repair of heating and air equipment
Smooths surfaces, using sandpaper, brushers, or steel wool and removes old paint from surfaces, using paint remover, scraper, or wire brush to prepare surfaces for painting
