Your Mission:- Get ready to dive into the heart of the action. As a Laborer/Operator, you'll be at the forefront of field-based operations, tackling everything from rerailing missions to track maintenance and repair, load adjustments, and car repairs. What You'll Do:- Start each day with a strategy session, gearing up for safety and efficiency in executing your daily tasks.
- Fuel your adventure with a daily safety briefing, ensuring you're ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
- From loading and unloading equipment to operating machinery, you'll be the driving force behind our operations.
- Assemble, inspect, and operate cranes and other equipment with precision and skill.
- Keep your senses sharp, rigging and connecting chains, cables, and winches during high-stakes derailments.
- Get your hands dirty with manual labor-think cutting vegetation, digging trenches, and hauling materials like a true adventurer.
- Master the art of equipment operation, whether it's cranes, backhoes, or excavators, as you conquer tasks ranging from specialty lifting to track maintenance.
Your Adventure Checklist:- 1 year of experience in a field-based operation involving manual labor preferred-construction, farming, utilities, or a related industry.
- Hold a valid Driver's License and be ready to hit the road at a moment's notice.
- Safety is your middle name-demonstrate strong adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Prepare for action with qualification tests, including E-Rail Safe and other essential safety programs.
- Stay on standby for thrilling emergency calls, because adventure never sleeps-even on weekends and holidays.
