Videos Help Duties Duties include: Lifting, moving, and assembling moderately heavy objects such as furniture and equipment by hand, hand truck or dolly. Maintaining grounds using manual equipment to fill holes, rake leaves, or dig ditches. Using simple powered equipment such push lawn mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc. to maintain grounds. Collecting and emptying garbage cans. Incumbent operates large, industrial, walking-type power mowers (e.g., one or more cutting decks, mechanical controls, and attachable implements) and/or simple riding-type mowers (e.g., a fixed or floating cutting deck(s) with limited adjustments). Incumbent shovels snow and performs other related duties as assigned. Escorts third party contractors while in areas with sensitive information. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Work frequently requires moderately heavy physical effort. There is frequent lifting and carrying objects up to 40 pounds.
