Laboratory Technician

You will work directly with timing of production and have the ability to be involved in multiple processes. What We Offer $20 per hour 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 PM - 2:00 AM, or 8:30 PM - 4:00 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED + 2-year community college or equivalent, OR Associate degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry 1+ year(s) of experience as a Quality Laboratory Technician 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Word 1+ year(s) of experience in a controlled lab environment Team player Efficient communication skills What You'll Do as a Lab Technician Report to the Facility Technical Manager Support all safety and quality assurance for production on third shift Act as the direct liaison between production and the quality of our products Perform quality checks of raw materials, submit daily batch release reports Enter all quality assurance test results while keeping up with production Execute and adhere to all EHS requirements Maintain a safe work environment, follow all internal safety rules and procedures, and wear proper PPE as appropriate Participate in the general housekeeping of plant and work area Submit daily routine batch release report and immediately notify all affected personnel of any rejected batch/lot number prior to shipping to customer Volunteer to help where needed to get job done, and enhance skills Work with some direction and supervision of Sr. Lab Technicians and the Facility Technical Manager Communicate all critical issues and problems concerning, QA, test equipment problems, schedule changes, and assignments to the Facility Technical Manager Perform other tasks as assigned
