Position Highlights: + PTO on Day 1 + This position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program which helps pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster. Job Summary + The laboratory technician functions are to perform laboratory tests to obtain laboratory results, perform phlebotomy to obtain blood samples and sample processing, log in-house testing, log and send out test, distribute samples. Education and/or Experience + Associate's degree in MLT or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required. + Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred. Work Schedule + Monday-Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
