Description: Our client is one of the largest diagnostic lab in the United States. The groups we serve include managed care organizations, biopharmaceutical companies, governmental agencies, physicians and other healthcare providers, hospitals and health systems, employers, patients and consumers, contract research organizations, and independent clinical laboratories. They are currently in need of a Lab Assistant.
- Work with blood, serum, plasma, urine, and spinal fluid
- Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when required
- Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples- retrieve samples from freezer
- Pour serum samples into containers for shipment
- Resolve and document any problem specimens
Shift: Tues-Sat 5am-1:30pm
