Laboratory Assistant

The Fountain Group are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Laboratory Assistant for a prominent Food client of ours. This position is in East Hanover, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: 20.00-26.00/hr.

5-month assignment to start with potential for extension.

5 days a week, total of 40 hours per week, 8AM-5PM.

A 4-year degree in a science related or similar technical field such as Food Science, Nutrition , or Science will be required.

Support development and execution of growth, brand value, quality improvement launches on bench prototyping experiments and supporting pilot plant trials as well as perform feasibility assessments on new idea concepts for viability.

Analytical assessment of products and preparation for analytical testing.

Preparation of samples and paperwork for consumer testing.
