This contract position is responsible for assisting with both execution of lab applications and testing within two functional areas of Cotton Incorporated. Within the area of textile chemistry, this position will contribute to furthering in-house projects related to durable functional finishing, technological improvements/combinations of finishes, printing applications, and finish component assessments. This position will also support the analytical laboratories of Cotton Incorporated by providing quality and timely analytical and wet chemistry testing for both technical service and implementation requests and in-house research activities, as well as provide quantitative and qualitative documentation of procedures and findings. This position will split time each week between these two areas and report to two supervisors on findings and activities.
