Job Details- Labor & Employment practice group seeks an Associate with 2-5 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts
- Experience in employment-related litigation is preferred, but not required
- Candidate hired for this position will be expected to litigate employment-related claims, represent employers before administrative agencies and provide services to employers in employment-related matters
- Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels
- Admission to the PA bar
