Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, including experience in advising clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, handling employment litigation, and providing training and compliance assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and employee relations.
  • Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures, including employment contracts, employee handbooks, and severance agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment-related litigation matters, including administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current on developments in employment law to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for clients on topics such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 2 to 7+ years of experience practicing employment law, with a focus on advising clients and handling employment litigation matters.
