Lab Technician

The R&D Technician is responsible for providing support to team Chemists, assist on NPI products verification, and the corresponding tests. This position may support sales and QC team for customer complain in some occasions. Schedule 12h-hr Night Shift 6pm-6:30am (2-2-3 schedule; every other weekend included) Primary Responsibilities Do experiments according chemists requirements; Do experiments to test the performance of new products; Design proper tests to simulate customer application; Design the test tooling and demo; Support production site for NPI products; Assist QC team for some of customer complains; Take responsibility for lab safety, EHS management. Preferred Requirements Junior college or above for chemistry related majors 1 year experiences in this field Good hands-on skills Good communication skill, good teamwork skill Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $18/hr - $22/hr.
