In addition, the incumbent is responsible for all test lab equipment set up, including physical test, metric balances, aging, environmental chambers and related test fixtures, chemical analysis, high voltage, dc resistance bridges, capacitance bridges optical test, flame room, smoke chamber, furnaces, mechanical testers, dimensional measurement devices and also performs preventive maintenance procedures, 5S activities and participate in continuous improvement events. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; associates degree in technical field preferred Knowledge of test and measurement functionality Two years' experience as engineering technician preferred Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience or proven/demonstrated mechanical ability required; reliable attendance due to 24-hour shift. Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, computer skills, with English language verbal and written communication skills.
