Description: Microbiological and chemical tests on samples including preparing the media, running microbiological and chemical analysis and evaluate the results of raw material and finished product. Shelf life studies, microbiological, chemical and sensory analysis on raw materials, semi processed and finished product. Create Certificate of Analysis. Collaborate with R&D for developing shelf life studies and set up of new products. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or any related science Previous experience in analytical food industry laboratory preferred. Basic principles of biochemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry. Basic Microbiology using standard methods, rapid tests and PCR. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Team player and organized. Professional communication skills WHY ACTALENT?
