Title: Quality Technician
Location: Manassas, VA 20109
Duration: 12+ months
Shift: 1st Shift Position 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Summary:
- Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process to determine and maintain the quality and reliability of products.
- Achieve department requirements for safety, quality, product release, equipment uptime, sample throughput, and cost.
- Ensures goods are tested to meet release commitments.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform product testing including pH, osmolality, endotoxin, conductivity, density and various chemistry and microbiology tests.
- Perform verification of calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment and keep the equipment in general working order within the laboratory.
- Perform and review environmental monitoring of cleanrooms including viable and non-viable air sampling and surface sampling.
