Lab Technician

Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-12am $22.40/hr Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related field required OR Associate's degree in Science plus 2 years of PCR experience Description: Use a variety of lab equipment to process standard and non-standard products using thermal cyclers and liquid handling machines Performs a variety of PCR protocols and post PCR cleanup steps Demonstrates aseptic and sterile techniques to minimize the risk of contamination of products Efficiently multitasks while running multiple processes Ensures accurate product records Use customer software in windows based environment Quantifies and samples products for quality control tests Troubleshoots product, process, or equipment problems Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Experience Level: Entry Level About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
