Lab Technician

Currently seeking a Lab Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Clark, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Shift: Monday- Friday 1st shift.

Pay: $20-$25.22/hr depending on experience.

This is a temporary assignment that is slated for 6 months with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

Position is responsible for assisting in formula development of skincare products (creams, lotions, serums, toners, SPF's) to bring to the market. Including, batching different formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability and aesthetics.

Position is also responsible for setting up and monitoring stability to ensure highest quality of products. Including, checking formula specs (color, odor appearance, viscosity, pH, Microscope) to ensure formula stability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific related field.

Experience with cosmetics preferred.
