LAB TECHNICIAN 1 EAGLE OTTAWA - ROCHESTER HILLS, MI ONSITE Work as part of a team environment to prepare specimens accurately and consistently for specification testing for both annual validation as well as the development of new products to ensure we are consistently providing consistent and high quality test results in a timely and efficient manner. The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: Follow written work instructions in preparing laboratory specimens for testing Verify the quality of leather submissions for all test specimens Responsible for performing all specimen cutting correctly and without deviations Opening of packages and labeling of hides received from production facilities Filing of laboratory worksheets and test specimens in the storage area General laboratory cleanup and maintenance Your Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Stand for the entire shirt in a single location performing repetitive motions Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
