Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Provide oversight and guidance to laboratory employees
- Demonstrate ability to conduct procedures across all laboratory sections as business demands
- Oversee lab in the absence of the Lab Manager and Lab Director
- Collaborate with patients, Pathologist, office personnel, physicians, and nurses
- Establish procedures and priorities within deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- HHS approved certificate (or be able to obtain)
- Ability to follow detailed blood collection and lab procedures and develop new procedures as necessary
