Lab Med Technologist BS

The Medical Technologists (MT) performs routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The MT performs phlebotomy and other specimen collection procedures to obtain quality samples for clinical laboratory testing. The MT models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the HCMC Mission Statement and the HCMC Standards of Behavior, reflecting commitment to the continuous improvement process of the Department of Laboratory Services and Henry County Medical Center Qualifications BS MT State of Tennessee Generalist License
