Laboratory Filling Associate:
Aseptic Filling and Stoppering of Allergenic Extracts, Glycerin
Batch Record Documentation of Daily Filling Procedures
Perform relevant SAP transactions relating to material consumption of vials/closures/extract volumes
Designate filled product into QI status and appropriate warehouse location using MIGO
Goods Movement transactions.
Sterile gowning and personal monitoring
Quarterly Process Simulations utilizing S.C.D.M. (Soybean Casein Digest Medium)
Operation of the following equipment: Automatic.Filling, Stoppering, Crimp Cap Machines .Sartorius, Balance (Volume Fill Checks), Calculator
Defatting Raw Materials (pulling ether, acetone, drying, weighing out)
Extraction (setting up product)
Gross Filtration (set up & cleaning)
Clarification (set up & cleaning)
Aseptic processing (set up & cleaning)
Dialysis (filling bags, emptying/cleaning dialysis tanks)
Bock Centrifuge (inhalants)
Making lab solutions/reagents
Gross Filter, Clarify and Aseptic Filter
Cleaning and decontamination runs in autoclave
FTQ paperwork distribution/ inventory control
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm(OT pay is applicable)
