Lab Assistant

Position Summary: The Lab Assistant processes all types of clinical specimens, to include centrifugation and distribution to the appropriate area. Assesses specimens for quality and appropriateness during the pre-analytical process and prepares samples appropriately for loading on analyzers. They may receive more training in some specific areas in order to accommodate specific job assisgnments.
