Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Lab and Drug Testing Specialists to support Sandia National Laboratories located at 1515 Eubank Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.

Services will be delivered to all requesting departments throughout the facility. Exceptional compensation packages with full benefits are available. Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily oversight of team functions including compliance of processes, staff mentoring, document review and creation, process improvement, scheduling of staff, and inventory management
  • Prepare and present presentations to management on a variety of topics to facilitate understanding of the role and major duties
  • Interface with the Medical Review officer (MRO)
  • Sign off on specimens when required
  • Ensure the Lab and Drug Testing program processes are compliant with Drug Testing regulations and standards
Qualifications
  • Either a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree with direct drug testing program oversight experience.
  • Active membership in The Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA).
  • Knowledge of Drug Testing regulations and standards is required.
  • Shall be familiar with OSHA Rules on drug testing and understands chain of custody.
  • Leadership experience in a non-managerial team lead capacity is preferred.
  • MRO-A certification is required within 90 days of hire date.
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship for DOE contract security clearance

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
