HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
The Global Program Manager of Talent Development is an integral part of the Talent Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Development. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building innovative programs to develop a strong and diverse bench of employees at North Highland. The Global Program Manager will design, develop, implement, and evaluate talent development programs, processes, and initiatives across all levels-from individual contributor to executive. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and excels at translating organizational strategies into actions that help drive results across the organization. The ability to effectively communicate and influence business partners to gain alignment is key to the role. This individual will help build strategic development goals as well as roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL:

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Experience working with learning technologies/learning management systems.

Experience with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Captivate and Articulate.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

A University degree or equivalent experience and certifications.

5+ years of experience working in a global learning environment.

Work efficiently, effectively, and pro-actively in a fast paced, deadline orientated, dynamic and virtual environment.

Work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating on key deliverables specifically in support of training.

Develop impactful programs within a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Passion for learning and developing people to reach their potential.

Have an understanding that Talent Development is a critical part of business success not a cost center.

Ability to travel as needed to support business growth and operations.

Communication - provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.
Cultural Awareness - demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
